work-out at the gym !

haha. yeah! harini best..
cos I just got only one class to attend!
and my class at noon, one hour only.

but early in the morning I woke up,
cos had promised Nad going breakfast together , eat roti canai.
mm...yummy!
tp byk cholesterol kan. haih.

tp sorry no gambar.
tak bwk camera ;)


then, went to class.

After class, and about 3.45pm Nad came to my house 
and we moved together to the gym.
ohh, btw, the gymnasium was in the Darul Aman Stadium.

tadaaa..
okay lah tmpt tu. ;)

We both for the first time went to the gym, 
and was soO excited! >.<

but i really enjoy riding the very rilexing bicycle. :))

Then, after work-out at the gym, 
we planned go to have something to chew.
and Nad suggested to go to 
Taman Rimba, Alor Star 
to eat satay ikan :)

kekenyalan nya amat terserlah!

Then only we go back home .

    btw...wajah simply siti yg tak leh blah...
    nok nanti nk workout 5 jam..
    kot2 la leh hilang satu kilo en..
    g hari2 selama 10 hari..
    wow ten kilo lost....best3
